Hi all,
I've tried to restart a simulation using the mapping variables function (with scaling), however when starting the simulation I am getting a memory allocation error: 2512 ERROR : Memory allocation failure. Check your mem_usage.out for memory requirements of this case However there is no such file, and I am basically running the same model as the earlier mapped one, on the same computer and it was no way near the memory limit of the computer. What can I do? EDIT: I have noticed that if I only scale 1 variable and remove the others from the list it works. Weird. |

Hi MMatt, To initialize the domain, CONVERGE allows the user to manipulate (scaling of mapping variables) the output from a previous simulation.
To be able to reproduce your problem, please contact our support team at support@convergecfd.com. Quote:
