Mass of Fuel per nozzle
 
Hello Folks,

I am using existing Converge's Dual fuel Sector model(divided the whole cylinder into 6 parts with 60 degrees apart). Since its a single-cylinder model it contains 1 injector with 6 nozzles.
Now I have computed the total mass of fuel to be injected. Since I am using only 1 sector of the cylinder with 1 nozzle for simulating combustion. My question is I should be dividing total mass by 6 right so that I can inject only that much fuel for a sector model with 1 nozzle ?.

Please clarify my doubt.

Hi Arun,
That is correct. For the sake of consistency, the total injected mass should be divided by 6.
