Hello, I wanted to know how can I generate the mass fraction of Hiroy_soot. Does this option that I have selected in the screenshot attached gives mas fraction of hiroy_soot or mass? can anybody clarify this!! I need to get the mas fraction or mass of hiroysoot because I want to convert the H5 files to col files to use it further and that data should appear in col files as other appears like mass fraction of OH etc..

The hiroy soot column which I obtain in col file what unit it represents??? if anybody has an idea please let me know..i am attaching the .col file screenshot too as file is too big that I obtained by activating the option selected in Screenshot and then converting the .h5 file too .col file.

As it says, try try and you will find answer yourself.. Asnwering it for others if they encounter this problem, So this Hiroy-Soot column in fact represents the mass fraction of Hiroy_Soot. How I made this sure. I multiplied these values with the values of the total mass in the cells and then compared the mass obatined with the mass of hiroy_soot obtained in emissions.out files. It matched for each CAD. So bottom line, it is the mass fraction of Hiroy_soot. found it somewhere passives are in fact mass fractions...
