Hey there!
![]() I'm working on a steady combustion analysis by using CONVERGE to simulate COG gas. Before I dive into the analysis in the attached file, I wanted to share that the combustion analysis went smoothly for one burner. Then, I simulated the furnace and added 48 burners, keeping the same mesh size, model, and so on. However, I'm still encountering an error. [CVODES ERROR] CVode At t = 0 and h = 1.0284e-13, the corrector convergence test failed repeatedly or with |h| = hmin. [33m(Rank 12) WARNING: ncyc 119, CVode error -4, CV_CONV_FAILURE, Convergence test failures occurred too many times during one internal time step or minimum step size was reached [0m ![]() ![]() I tried reducing dt by reducing Max CFL, and also increased the max value of interaction in the transport equation, but I keep getting the above error. Do you think there's a way to fix this? I know surface.dat can be a bit heavy, so I've included a compressed zip file in the attachment without surface.dat. Thank you so much! |
