Mesh generation for Edge

Does anyone have access to a mesh generator for Edge? Is there perhaps a utility to convert gmsh meshes for use in Edge?

Do you have any option to export the mesh to CGNS format?
I'm not familiar with gmsh

Gmsh is an open-source grid generator. Its compiled version does not have cgns export capability. For that to work, one first has to compile hdf5, then cgns, then recompile gmsh. I have tried doing that on my Mac but have given up after many failed attempts at compiling hdf5.

What I need is the native grid generator that ships with the full version of Edge. It seems the developers of Edge are in submarine mode and do not respond to queries at all.

Just checked what gmsh uses as a format for exporting meshes, there is something called p3d, isn't t the plot3d format?
If it is, check this web page for converter from plot3d to cgns and then
you can use cgns to Edge format.
