How to calculate coulomb force in maxwell 3D?

I am doing a simulation in electrostatic Maxwell 3D. How can I measure the coulomb force of the system? Is there any other software will help me to get the coulomb force of the system?

This is old but Star-CCM+ now has electro-static field solver. Can use that.
