Autodesk CFD or SW Flow Simulation for Thermal Simulation

Hello Everyone,

It has been a while since I posted in CFD online. I am looking for experts suggestion. For electronics cooling (mostly conjugate heat transfer) which is most suitable in terms of:

1. Less elements but still predict heat transfer from fins accurately in otherwords predict thermal resistance of heat sinks accurately.

2. Robustness

3. Stability

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Naresh, for sure Flow simulation. Autodesk CFD is a pretentious crap. For very complex models, (which Flow Simulation may struggle with and Autodesk CFD will simply die) scStream is the better option.
