Silicon wafers
 
Semiconductors are most widely use in manufacturing of all the electronics devices these days and they use silicon wafers in semiconductors.. i am basically working on research project for which i need wafers, is there any supplier online which provide the quantity demanded by the users? because i have gone through some vendors online which provide in bluk but i need just in minimum amount required?

Are you working on 450 mm diameter with 925 μm Wafer?
