increase magnetic flux field

I have made a bobbin that have a horizontal movement, as you can see in the picture.

But the output voltage is less than the original bobbin, the Ohm of my bobbin is the same with original once and the magnetic power is the same too but I have still less voltage and I think I should make a concentration on magnetic flux to have more dense flux on the bobbin area.

I know Iron has a good permeability, it can absorb the magnetic flux.

Am I right that the Iran cage that I used to cover my bobbin, cause weaker magnetic density?

How can I have concentrated magnetic flux like below picture?
