Default Refine internal volume mesh with enGrid

Illmatic is on a distinguished road
I am using enGrid to create a mesh for OpenFOAM. The boundary layer region looks OK imo. However the rest of the grid is meshed very coarse, as you can see in the attached picture. Is there a possibility to increase the fineness of the volume mesh?
