How to achieve the Characteristic Imposed Outlet Boundary Condition in other solver?

In Numeca, there is a special outlet boundary condition named Characteristic Imposed. The details of this method is explained in the attached .jpd file. It mainly solve the problem that we no longer need to shift from pressure boundary to mass flow boundary when the operation point moves from choking to stalling in turbomachinery performance curve calculation.
My question is how to apply it to another solver using udf, in other words, do you have any clues how does the three equations really work in Numeca.
