AUTO GRID recovery error-emergency save

hi dears

when i link cad model and add spiliter, flowpath created but when click on 3D mesh generation, suddenly emergency save or recovery warning raise and close autogrid !!!

i can not understand it. geometry check is ok , flow-path ok but ...

would you pls help me about it
