Does anybody who has reflection(Default wall condition) tables?

I want to use the 'Particle Studies' in 'Analysis tree' like a realistically.

Specification
-Particle diameter is 30um ~ 400um.
-Material of wall is Stainless steel.
-Massflowrate: 81 mg/s
-Velocity: 1.3 m/s

But I can't input the reflectoin parameter, en, et
I understand that parameter's equations. But
I don't know realistic value in STS condition and in particle diameters.

So.. I request a some reflection condition tables.
Does table exist?

Hi Joseph,

This is hard to tell. I don't have such data.
What particle material are you using?

If you have metal particles then I would expect an ideal reflection as the wall is also metal so there should be a negligible influence on the particle velocities before and after the reflection.

It is not a metal particle.
Material is a SiO2, that is used to made a semiconduct.
Very small and heavy products.
And particle development mechanism is very complicated.
So.. it is very hard problem..

Hi Joseph,

sorry I didn't mean specific metals, I should have said solid particles as it is also possible to use liquid particles and they would usually more or less stick to the surface they hit but don't bounce off at it like solid particles.
So depending on the elasticity or deformability of the particles you will get an influence in en or et for non-ideal reflection.

Do you have any experimental data you can compare your results to?
