Mesh not refined automatically???

Hi all,
Why is my mesh not being refined automatically during the solution process? What am I missing here? Pics attached.... Any help appreciated! Thanks in advance. Nikesh. |

because you don't have any table of refinement.
For instance you can add 2 points in the table, 1 and 2 which means the solver will refine at Travel 1 and Travel 2
