Best place is the Intel Embedded Design Center. (http://edc.intel.com) You will need to register for an account at the Privileged level so you can access the thermal models for various Intel products. Mostly FloTHERM and Icepak models when available. There are also very comprehensive thermal design guides that detail the makeup of the thermal models - materials, thermal conductivity and geometry. As this is all Intel confidential material there most likely needs to be an existing business relationship between your employer and Intel as well as a valid NDA on file.

If you have access to a direct Intel business rep or routinely work with a distributor like Arrow or Avnet you should be able to get assistance from them to establish your access.

Good luck,

chris
