Hello all!
I want to do boolean operation on, lets say 2 cuboids which are intersecting with each other in some part. I have created the model in FloTHERM and exported it to FloMCAD. After selecting both the geometries, under Tools section, all the boolean operations are dectivated? Anyone knows the solution?? Thanks in advance |

Hello,
- first: select from the right lower corner (works in flotherm v10.1 and I'm sure that also in other versions) under "Current Selection Mode" -> "MCAD Body" - second: left click on the first part, then CTRL+LeftClick on the second part and then use the boolean operators. This surely works for *.sat files. P.S.: have in mind that by putting two intersecting parts into the project tree in different ways might result in the same boolean operations (substract, intersect....etc). Best regards, Gabriel |

Thanks Gabriel!
Found one more solution. Go to edit, then modify and select the bodies there. Then booleans are active. BTW, Thanks for a new solution |
