Fan power
 

Hello,
this is silly - where is the option for applying specific amount of power into a fan? Or does it work like a pump - it blows as much air as obstacles (therefore pressure drop) allows it to?

Hi there,

I used to simulate quenching performances using fan curves.
By using fan curves FLOEFD finds the operation point by itself due to resistant pressure.
You can get the curves from the fan manufacturer.
