Hello Experts~

A electronics closed system and examined using a FloEFD(V15.2).

GG Heat Transfer Rate + GG Net Radiation Rate is greater than input total power by approximately 10% after Solving in the Steady State.
So a higher temperature compared to the results Flotherm.(I deal with all products)

In general, the equilibrium temperature is thought input data = emitted power, → Steady State

In order to solve this problem, please check the other way adjustment.

Thank you~

Please note the following information to the model.
Fluid Cells : 367120
Solid Cells : 396262
Iteration per 1 Travel : 154
Convergence Iteration : 154
calculation Time : 55min

Boris_M will become famous soon enough
Hi,

It is better to check the heat generation rate and net radiation rate on the components than directly using them globally. You can see the difference easily from each component.
It is really hard to tell what might be wrong based on the information you provided about the model.

If you cannot find the error, then it is best to send the model to the support and let them have a look at it and help you.

Regards,
Boris
