Good afternoon.
How is the criterion of convergence in FLOEFD considered? In the help is not given general information, I would like to be more precise. What literature can be read about this?

Convergence is achieved if the criteria either automatically defined or manually, is equal or smaller the Delta value. The delta value is not shown by default but you can right click on the header bar of the goal plot where the headers "Criterion" or "Progress" is written and activate the Delta.
FloEFD shows the actual values of the parameters and once they don't change anymore, the simulation with this mesh resolution is converted for either the whole simulation or just one goal.
FloEFD also considers of course energy, mass and momentum without showing it as a goal.

i add my question to this thread because I think it fits well.

I have read that floefd also used the energy, volume and mass residuals/imbalances to check the convergence. I would like to see the plots! Could you help me to see the "full" convergence plot.

No, it is tracked in the background by the solver. The software is designed for designers who usually are not familiar with residual.
If you edit the files *.stdout (not the *.cpt.stdout, that's from the mesher), you can find the solver log information in which the residuals are logged per iteration etc. But this is of no use to be shown as a graph.

When you come from university codes or commercial codes, you miss a few things.

But you're right for the addressee, it's probably more confusing if there's too much of it there.
