another then the question is how to export the calculation results to FEMAP or Patran? where to download Mpcci?

You can do a transient simulation with FloEFD and export the pressure on the beam in transient to the FEA tools. There is an option export results in which you can select some FEA tools or a Text file which many FEA tools can import.
