Hello.
I bought FloEFD safely thanks to you guys. But I have problems using it. Issue is mesh setting. Analysis sample is IPM. Semiconductor power module. For mesh setting, the chip is placed in the local mesh because the temperature gradient of the chip is the largest. I then run the simulation from step 1 to step 8. Global mesh step7. As the number of meshes increases, I expect to converge the Rth. However, the following values came out. Total cells Tj Tc Rth 1 105,536 90.9027 44.7428 4.6160 2 105,971 67.5976 44.0215 2.3576 3 107,959 55.0540 41.1209 1.3933 4 113,450 52.5794 38.6541 1.3925 5 139,401 51.4151 37.7746 1.3641 6 245,587 51.9540 37.8581 1.4096 7 943,854 52.1805 37.7378 1.4443 8 5,717,236 52.2883 37.7499 1.4538 The value changes too much depending on the mesh value. Please advise how to set the mesh. |
