Hello! I have a problem with Flotherm XT 3.1. I am engaged in thermal calculation of printed circuit boards.
I need calculate a device with flexible rigid board. When I calculated the usual boards of other devices, I received IDF files from developer and used FloEDA, and it was ok. but now i don't know how i can transfer the flexible rigid board to flotherm correctly. Please, tell me how can i do this? May be i should use oher tools or a different format? |
