Modeling Centrifugal fan (blower)! Need Help!

Hello All:
I am using Solidworks Flow Simulation for electronics cooling. I need to model a centrifugal fan as Internal Fan. I do not have blade but I have the Fan Curve. So, how I model the inlet and outlet of the fan? Flow is coming from both side axially and leaving at normal angle (centrifugal pump works the same way). I was looking at Solidworks website and found an post where they said by showing a picture "this is wrong way to model it" , but they did not show what is the correct way to model it!
Have anyone modeled it before? I think Mr. @Boris_M has some deep background in these softwares (FloTherm, FloEFD, 6SigmaET).

Please !
Thanks!
Nam

Can you share a link of the "wrong way to model it"
Also, please share a screenshot of where your fan is located in your model

Hi: Thank you for your reply! I got communication from Solidworks. They will update their help documents, because it was misleading info.
