hi all, I use two programs (flotherm xt 2021 & 6sigmaet 14) to create one simple model. the model is one 2R chipset and input 0.1 m/s and 20c temperature, then monitor Tja and Tjb temperature, but two program's results difference almost 10c, I think the problem is my setting, but I can't find out the problem, who can check models for me? thanks lot.

I don't have access to any of these codes but if you upload the .x_t file of the model and a picture/hand drawing of the thermal loads, air velocity, etc. conditions needed I could try to run it with scStream
