Hello guys,

I got the flotherm running and did "quick first project" (or something like that) from user's guide, at the end of this tutorial they show you how to access those applications, I tried to open one of them and flotherm stopped working. Since then when I start flotherm I got an error which says that "floview.exe stopped working", I digged into it and it occured that "flointerface.dll" is missing from the lib directory, but to my surprise it was there... I reinstalled flotherm twice, installed it on different computer and still got the floview.exe error popping out, then I runned flotherm in compatibility with windows xp (service pack 3) and it worked, but only on second computer ;<

Does anyone have any ideas what to do (besides installing version for windows 7) ?

Second thing:
I have some tutorial files (.pack extension) from support.mentor but I don't know how to open them. Generally, it is hard for me to find any tutorial, even though I have access to support.mentor ;<

Hello,

Just go to Project -> Import Project -> Auto Detect File (then browse on the HDD to the desired *.PACK file). Hit "Open" and you're done.

Be sure that the *.PACK file is archived using an older (or same) version of flotherm then yours. Currently, the latest fth version is "FloTHERM 10.1 update 1" Build 14.43.4

ok, problem solved:
I was using open vpn to connect to licensing server, if you do that make sure to install flotherm without flexim (hit client type instead of typical installation).
