While setting up FloEFD using Wisard you see analysis type selection external or internal if you see physical features you can see radiation box then check

There is a solar radition box also in radiation box Then again check the box of solar radiation you have to enter the data of latitude date time etc etc

Also there is a engineering database in TOOLs at Flow Analysis you can find the latitude of some cities around the world

Yes, you can either go by cities or use a vector and intensity for that.
