Hello all!

I'm new on this forum...

I have some problems with temperature calculation in FloW.
I made aluminium case and than anodize it. On bottom side are 2 fan's with copper heat sink which is directly (with some thermal paste) mounted to case with airflow 22 cfm. On top side are CPU (3 W), and 2 other chips (8W and 4W) all on same PCB. They are in contack with anodized Al case with thermal paste between.
In Solidworks I made model with these components but without thermal paste and wall rougness 0. Case is made of anodized Al, CPU and other chips of Al.
After simulation I get write results for temperature of internal air (same as it is on real model) but the temperature of CPU in always for about 10 degrees celsius lower than on real model (even if I turn both fans off).

Any ideas?

Thanks for help and sory for my english.
