wave boundary

Hi to all,
I am learning flow3d, as we can see, in the box of wave boundary defination, we can define the amplitude, period and phase shift of the wave, so my question is how can we define the velocity or length of the wave? I will be grateful if someone can help me.

i think you can use the udf in FLUENT to define a wave length and velocity which you like.but the wave must be used by theory.
