Solver Error
 

I want to simulate a physical model.
When i click Run simulation, the below message is appear and simulation stop.

Solver Messages:
convective flux exceeded stability limit
at t= 1.2892E-02 cycle= 1 iter= 45 delt= 1.2892E-02 mesh block 1
restarting cycle with smaller time step
maximum failure ratio = 1.26154E+01 is in x-coordinate direction
at cell ( 78, 10, 10) mesh block 1


Can everyone explain about it??
