Error right after "Analyze": "Failed to generate results file information"

I am new to FLOW3D. When I start 'Analyze', it reminder 'Failed to generate results file imformation'. Why? I computed the example of the manual

Loading the file results file (flsgrf.*) from "Open results file" option at the bottom of the Analyze tab.

i terminated the model
