range of some parameters

Dear experts

in a sediment scour model i faced something which will be interesting for you

do we have any range for bed load coefficient and entrainment coefficient for any sediment formula

for instance can we say that
for muller equation or Van rijn equation

the bed load cofe should be between 1 and 13
and entrainment cofe should be between 0.009 and 0.036??

i will be so thankful to any suggestion
