CAESES and FLOW3D connection
Hi everyone,
I'm Jacky. I'm doing a research about step-pool phenomena in a mountainous river by using Sediment Scour model of Flow3D. Because of the incorrect results obtained from FLOW3D, i need to use CAESES software to calibrate my model now. However, there is no CLEAR tutorial or document about the connection between FLOW3D and CAESES as well as how to optimize by using CAESES. Could you please to tell me how to connect FLOW3D and CAESES? I have both licenses of aforementioned software. |
Webinar
Dear Jacky,
To be sincere, I have no idea about CAESES and FLOW-3D integration. However, there is a recent webinar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_Ccsj8hKAY Have you already checked it? Just in case it is helpful. Regards, Daniel |

I watched it many times, however, it is just a brief introduction. We still don't know the exact input files to connect FLOW3D and CAESES. Besides, that case is FLOW3D Cast. I think the files they used is different from FLOW3D a little bit. Thanks. |
CAESES and Numeca connection
Hi, I'm doing my final year project with the title of optimization to reduce total ship resistance.
To evaluate the resistance, I'm using Numeca Fine Marine but I'm having a problem connecting to the software(CAESES). Do you have any tips or tutorials on running Numeca as a background in CAESES? |
