simulation error -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

"pressure iteration diverging - restarting cycle with smaller omega and time-step size present relaxation factor omega= 1.000E-01 present time-step size delt= 1.000E-02 maximum residual= 5.59443E+21 at i= 114 j= 35 k= 22" I don't get where the error refers too. thanks in advance
