How to model radial gate motion in a hydraulic structure

I am trying to model radial gates in a hydraulic structure using flow 3d but i am unable to model lifting of radial gates. I have 4 radial gates installed as shown in the figure below. I have tried to use fixed point motion but things seem not working.
