Flow Depth and Flow Constant

Hello,
I work with different waves, my problem with flow-3d is that it cannot keep the mean fluid depth constant it starts increasing or decreasing after awhile. I tried so many different things, but I couldn't figure it out how to keep it constant. any thoughts?

hi Alex,

Do you have any object in ur simulation? If yes, what can i advise u right now is to start ur simulation as simple as possible. For example, start with proper domain size and your wave data. the simulation should not have any object for the user (in this case, yourself) to get general idea. If the wave modelled properly, then add complexity (meshing, object etc) in your simulation.
