hello everyone

I have simulated a sloped channel which has connected culvert. the problem is I don't know whether its better to use continuative or outflow at the exit of the channel and what is the difference?

Hello.

There are not so much difference. Outflow bc gives better results with wave boundary conditions. I would try outflow first.

In either case, we do not specify anything about flow conditions outside the boundary. I recommend using the specified pressure if you know about the flow conditions outside the boundary. If you are determined to use these boundary conditions, make sure you place the boundary far enough.
