Which one is responsible for calculating the depth-averaged velocity?

Also, which one is responsible for calculating the flow depth?

The history probe will provide both flow depth and depth-averaged velocity at a location, but I think you need to check the "hydraulic data" computed output box for the depth-average velocity to be included in a probe's output.
