In the mass source option, I want to specify the volume flowrate, but there is two options here

1. Total flow rate
2. Per unit area flowrate.

May I know what is the difference between those two? Is it differs in terms of unit?

Is the unit for per unit area flowrate is (m3/s/m2 = m/s?)
