core casting
 
is it possible to simulate core movement and(or) reaction of core material with molten metal by means of FLOW3D? if yes how and what is suggested to refer to? any useful idea is appreciated. thanks.

you know, movements because of molten metal pressure force, reaction of core materials with molten metal for example burning and producing gas bulbs, inclusions,...

Nothing like this is currently a FLOW-3D feature. A core gas model will be available next year through.
