wave problem

i tried to produce a very simple wave (input wave amplitude, period, and fluid height)and wanted to see the free surface elevation at the most front-end
.I run 100s and the first 40s the elevation is a regular wave but after it ,it suddenly climb it high and became irregular .
So did anyone know where is the problem.Thx
Ps:the fluid is one fluid ,linear

Could it be because a reflected wave came back to the wave boundary? What do you have as BC on other mesh boundaries?
