Creating stl file

Hi everyone
How can I create a 3d solid from a topography? Is there any program to do this? Actually I created a 3d solid from tin surface by Civil 3D, but it's not accurate enough.

question

what civil prog did you use? Autocad will produce any level of accuracy that you have the coordinates for.

Tin surface is not a good option.. I would try to get the geometry wide enough in the direction you are not interested.. Flow will understand it better

Dear yaser geraili,
I tried to use Civil but I don't like it. I use just ACAD with lisp sript. Actually I don't understand what you mean "it's not accurate enough"? You prepare surface, explode it for triangles and then extrude them. Right?
Regards.

What do you want to simulate..? internal part of can or external..?
as far as you want to simulate it in flow 3D you need should not create surfaces. try creating a solid of interested domain it will be easier for you to simulate.
