Two gases with sharp interface

hello everyone,
my objective is to simulate the motion of a gas with its own specific temperature (let's say 60°C), that enter through an orifice in a chamber with the presence of another gas with a different temperature (let's say 20°C). Is there any way to do so? apparently not, because the program allows me to specify only one reference temperature inside fluids' properties. thx for any help, giacomo.

you can certainly define different temperatures by using multiple (two) initial temperature regions. It is harder to define different gases because there are only one gas constant, specific heat and conductivity.
