Question help,how to simulate the electrohydrodynamic

Hello everybody, I used flow-3d to simulate the model of electrohydrodynamic,but it didn't work. In the experiment of
electrohydrodynamic we can see Electrospinning,but when i use flow-3d it always have errors.who know something about this? can we communicate with each other?thanks a lot. my email add:296960379@qq.com
