rajendra9424 is on a distinguished road
i am simulating generation of waves in flume. For this i have written UDF for moving wall condition by giving sinusoidal function (a*sin (w*CURRENT_TIME)). i am able to generate waves in fluent but the problem is that, the wall movement is always positive. As per the theory sin or cos wave show opposite treads for an angle greater then 180.

can anybody solve my problem or can suggest me what i have to do ?

special thanx
