I am a new user to phase change problem, I want to know about how can I start my work and from where can I get the tutorials? please help me in this regard.

it depends on your problem and multiphase flow model(mixture,VOF,Eulerian).you can use kinetic theory or nucleation theory and direct contact condensation(evaporation) by searching on internet you can found a lots of books and papers about these models
