Default need help for designing slug flow in tube

hi everyone
I am trying to design a slug flow in t shaped tube of width 0.5mm suface thicknes of 0.5 mm with two inlet
i used 2d pressure passed , transient , absolute , planar
multiphase model - Volume of fluid
material = air -primary phase , water- secondary phase suface tension 0.07
BC inlet1 - air mass flow inlet of .23 kg/s
inlet 2 - water mass flow inlet of .23 kg/s
wall surface-body = wall adhesion angle of contact is 90
outlet is pressure outlet
solution method is piso
solution initialization is standard , computed from inlet 2 area patched is showed in d below diagram
run calculation time step size is 1e-08
number of time step is 300

i am able to see the flow or but not the slug flow
plz help me
