is it possible to simulate water phase change with fluent 14 or 15?

Hi everyone
i am modeling an annulus pipe with fluent that the internal wall of pipe has a constant heat flux. pipe is vertical and water is flowing upward through the annulus. by the heat of the wall, the water will have phase change and vapor will be create. is it possible to simulate this case with fluent? is it required to write udf for mass and momentum transfer? if the answer is yes what are the equations?
thanks in advanced.

Hi, I am also working on getting a simulation working to see water change phase with heating. In my case, I can see the vapor volume fraction increase in the flow direction and liquid volume fraction to decrease in the flow direction. But, I am unable to activate mass transfer in the "Phases Interaction" toolbox. As soon as I turn the mass transfer on, the solver diverges within few iterations..... Have you been able to get a converged solution with mass transfer turned on. I am not using any UDFs at the moment.....
