If contact angle is specified in fluent using VOF with surface tension and wall adhesion, on No-slip BC wall, theoretically stress singularity occurs (infinite force to move the boundary). So How FLUENT circumvent this problem? how the boundary is advected through the field even if no-slip condition is given at the wall?
