Hello Fluent users,
I am trying to patch the half volume of a 3d region.... I use the following strategy (as per tutorials) 1. Adapt-->Region-->Mark 2. Solution Initialization-->Initialize 3. Patch I check the marked region and it is good, but when I plot a contour with the Volume fraction I see that all the volume has been patched with the value specified for the secondary phase (VOF model by the way).... Have you had similar problem... Best regards... |

There are two options are available on patch window. First one is FLUID and another one is 'WHAT YOU HAVE PATCHED'. So select only one of them. Check your co-ordinates etc in ADAPT window.
Hope this will solve your problem. |
