Hi all,

I was simulating a three-phase trickle bed reactor operating at liquid velocity of 0.002564 m/s and gas velocity of 0.22 m/s with 9.86 mm dia raschig rings packing of voidage 0.55 using Eulerian multiphase model. The packing as a secondary phase is used with "packed bed" and "granular" options activated. After running for 36 seconds with 0.005 time steps, we get excessive entrainment of solid phase, volume fraction comes to be as low as 0.0005. Even outlet static pressure is very low (2.898 pascal). Please help.
